new productions
We are developing a number of projects (but you
wouldn’t expect us to tell you all about them would you!)
However we are looking for partners for 2 x 1 hour
programme about the Battle of Blenheim to be presented by Charles
Spencer – himself a figure in History and direct descendant of
the Duke of Marlborough who fought there. This was the battle that put
an end in 1704 to the War of the Spanish succession… the first
time the French tried to take over Europe! It’s a good
subject and should appeal to history enthusiasts and a general audience
too.
We’re also producing an archive based series
on The Songs that Changed the World, i.e. the songs that inspired men
and women from Vikings to the 20th century to fight and die.
We’re looking for International partners for this too.
